Our Standard Return Policy is the
following:
At Swing In Style, we strive to exceed
your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of
receiving it for a full refund.

Jewelry
that has been used or worn cannot be returned unless there is damage
due to a manufacturer's defect.

All items must be returned in
new, unused, unlaundered, resale condition within 30 days.

All items must be
returned to us in the original box supplied by the manufacturer.

Return the merchandise
with the original shipping package.

Enclose a copy of the the Order
Receipt, circle the item that you are returning and include in writing
the reason for the return.

Please note that
all dance shoes are shipped to you in in two boxes. The original
manufacturers box that the shoes are packaged in plus a shipping box.
All shoes that are returned to us that are not in the a original
shipping box maybe
assessed a restocking charge if the shoes or the original
manufacturers box is damaged.

accept any returned packages sent C.O.D.

If your return is older than 30
days you may be assessed a 20% restocking charge.

Custom Boots
& Custom Dance Shoes is the following:
An Evenin' Star Custom Boot, Custom Shoe Boot or Custom Dance Shoe is any boot that has been manufactured with an optional item in place of a standard item. This would include a Toe Styles, Heel Styles, Soles, Leather Color, Leather Type and Height. The standard and optional items for each style of
Evenin' Star Boots, Shoe Boots and Dance Shoes is listed on their respective WebPages.
A 50% restocking charge will be assessed to any pair of Evenin' Star
Custom Boot, Custom Shoe Boot or Custom Dance Shoe that has been returned.

All boots must be returned promptly in new, unused, resale condition within 30 days. Any boots that are returned and do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and no refund will be processed.
